Here’s a turn up for the books! This Daily Mail article by Suzanne Moore is not only in great praise of Brian Cox’s “Wonders of the Solar System“, but it also defends UK science funding. There is also a photo of Carla Bruni’s arse, but I guess you can’t have everything.

EDM 908, the Early Day Motion speaking out against the Science and Technology Committee’s report on homeopathy continues to attract signatures. The count is now up to 43. It includes a mix from all parties, and strangely enough three quarters of the DUP have signed it, including ‘Dr’ Ian Paisley himself. Please, if any of these MPs represent your constituency, you get get in touch with them and ask them to withdraw their signatures at writetothem.com.

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to tomfooleryblog.com.

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tom Williamson, and I am a skeptic. With this blog, I aim to bring you my take on pseudoscience, including (but not limited to) creationism, alternative medicine, religion, and the psychic world. However, I also intend to blog about other things that take my interest, perhaps football or cookery.

So, stay tuned, and I’ll keep you posted!
